We get asked all the time what it took financially to start Mighty Air Techs, so here’s the real answer.
We put in $2,422.17 of our own money to get the business started and then secured a $10,000 line of credit using our camper as collateral.
That money helped us cover tools, insurance, and the equipment for our first install.
Our first month in business, we did over $50,000 in revenue, and after the first few months, we had already paid the line of credit back.
We did not start with investors or a huge pile of cash. We started with a plan, some savings, a willingness to take a risk, and the belief that if we took care of customers the right way, the business would grow.
And thankfully, it did.
If you’re thinking about starting something of your own, don’t let the idea that you need “a ton of money” stop you before you even begin.
