ANOTHER successful garage floor. This garage had multiple cracks and was extremely uneven and unlevel. It took a few more steps than our everyday projects, and the end result speaks for itself. Steps take,
1. Grind and clean existing concrete.
2. Repair cracks.
3. Install our highest moisture barrier epoxy.
4. Broadcast in dried sand to base coat for extra strength.
5. Apply high polymer self leveler.
6. Apply high moisture barrier primer for flakes.
7. Broadcast in flakes in the color Tidal Wave.
8. Prep flakes for clear coat.
9. Apply a thick layer of Polyaspartic clear to seal everything off.
10. The end result, a beautiful long lasting surface.

Turn that patio space you spend so much time on, to a showpiece that the neighbors are sure to admire. Our coatings are so hard that you can use them just like your current boring concrete. The difference is, the is NO MORE BORING, just a clean, easy to clean surface that showcases your patio furniture and plants. The Zimmermans chose the color Medium Tan.

This garage floor had several big cracks and was out of level. We repaired the cracks, applied an epoxy moisture barrier and poured 21 bags of self leveling cement to create a new surface. Once moisture has dissolved we will be sanding and applying our Rock Hard Flake series floor coating in the color Tidal Wave.
