💡 IMMEDIATE MAINTENANCE – ALOE AREA

Victoria Electric Cooperative members in the Aloe area should expect an outage today around 2:00 p.m. as VEC and STEC crews complete immediate maintenance at the Aloe Substation.

The outage is expected to last approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour.

We appreciate your patience, cooperation and continued support as we work to maintain a safe and reliable electric system.

⚡ OUTAGE NOTICE ⚡

We are currently experiencing an outage in the Aloe Substation area.

VEC crews, along with crews from South Texas Electric Cooperative (STEC), are in route to assess the issue and begin restoration efforts.

We appreciate your patience as our crews work to restore power as quickly and safely as possible. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.

Please stay away from downed power lines and report any hazards immediately.

We continue to work with the third-party entities responsible for our phone payment system to resolve this issue. Unfortunately, the resolution is dependent on those third parties, and the issue remains outside of VEC’s control at this time.
