For those of you that might be looking for a nice piece of country living close to town. Here are some before and after pictures of a job I did today with one of our Lamtrac mulching machines and a tractor and shredder to finish it off with. This 2.5 acre property is located at 248 Davis Road just a couple miles south down Highway 87 from Victoria Tx.. Very convenient and private this property has a bit of character and looks to have had a house on it in the past. I have no idea how much they are asking but the realtor Kim Hoelter will she is representing the owner and can be reached at 361-655-0018. Always a pleasure to do work for nice people. What started as thick South Texas brush is becoming usable land with a purpose.
Instead of pushing everything over with a dozer, this project used a Lamtrac from Hammond Land Development to create cleaner fence lines, improve visibility around mature oak trees, and prep the property for future cattle grazing. Smarter clearing. Better results.
