Progress continues at Willow Domestic Violence Center of Greater Rochester’s new space! 🚧

Recent work has focused on floor leveling and drywall installation, bringing the interior one step closer to taking shape. With these key elements in place, the project is ready to move into the next phase: interior finishes.

Throwback Thursday to one of our largest industrial projects—a new 81,250 SF manufacturing facility for PEKO Precision Products through Maguire Family Properties in Rochester.

From redeveloping an 11-acre site across two city blocks to delivering a modern, energy-efficient facility in just 11 months, this design-build project showcased the power of integrated planning, innovative construction, and teamwork. The finished space features 5,000 SF of office space, expansive assembly areas, advanced energy-saving systems, and infrastructure designed to support PEKO's continued growth.

A project of this scale required overcoming significant site and utility challenges, but the result was a state-of-the-art facility built for performance and efficiency.

Progress is taking shape at McClurg Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram new service drive! 🚗🧱

The latest masonry work is helping define the exterior of the facility, bringing both durability and a polished appearance to a space designed to keep customers moving efficiently. Every course of block laid brings this project one step closer to completion.

We’re excited to see this addition continue to come together and look forward to sharing more updates as construction progresses.
