This is the good stuff.

We love seeing the details come together, especially spaces like this where you can really appreciate the craftsmanship before the walls get closed up.

Success is in the details.

Take this front entry, for example. The exposed timber framing and warm wood soffit aren't just architectural features; they're the first impression of the home.

Long before someone steps through the front door, these details set the tone. They create warmth, character, and a sense of arrival that carries throughout the entire home.

It's amazing what a few thoughtful details can do.

40 years. That's how long our client has called this house home.

Instead of moving, they're choosing to invest in the place where so many memories have already been made.

This addition is being designed with aging in place in mind—creating more accessible, comfortable living while allowing them to remain in the home and community they love.

One of the things we enjoy most about projects like this is that they're never just about adding square footage. They're about helping people continue living where life is already happening.
We're excited to be part of the next chapter of this home's story.

Anyone can look at a finished home and appreciate the result. What most people never see is the multitude of intentional decisions that happen long before the finishes go in.

A custom home isn't created when construction begins. It's created through thoughtful planning, careful design, and relentless attention to detail long before the first wall is framed.

The orientation of the structure.
The relationship to the land.
The views captured through each opening.
The way the roofline responds to the site.

From concept sketch to construction reality.

This is why we love what we do.

Some homes deserve a little extra reverence.

This conceptual rendering of a Don Hershey-designed home is one of them.

Don's work has long been recognized for its timeless proportions, thoughtful use of natural materials, and architecture that feels connected to its surroundings. Having the opportunity to renovate a home designed by someone whose work has influenced so many is both exciting and humbling.

Our goal isn't to change what makes this home special.

It's to thoughtfully build upon it—honoring the original vision while creating spaces that serve the next generation of homeowners.

We can't wait to share the journey!

Luxury home building isn't just about craftsmanship; it's about how intelligently the project is managed.

By integrating modern offsite construction technology with meticulous planning, we're able to coordinate trades more effectively, more efficiently, and identify potential issues before they become costly delays. This keeps projects moving with greater precision from day one.

Innovation isn't replacing craftsmanship. It's making exceptional craftsmanship even better.

Because the best homes are built with both skilled hands and smart systems.

Precision isn’t always exciting, but it's the reason everything else turns out exactly as planned.

Before excavation begins, we slow down.
We verify survey points.
We confirm elevations.
We check the details that will never be visible once the home is complete but will influence everything from drainage to the way the home settles into its surroundings.

Anyone can move dirt.
But building with intention starts long before the excavation does.
