About the Owners 🇺🇸
We are Andrew and Lexie Belcher and we are the owners of Belcher Family Construction, a family-owned excavation company proudly serving Southwest Michigan.
We call Vicksburg, Michigan home, and that’s where we raise and homeschool our four children and run our business. Our oldest, Wyatt, is 8 and he already has his mind set he will be working for dad when he’s older (5th grade to be exact per Wyatt). Then we have Hannah who is 5, Truett is 3, and our youngest, Cora, just turned 2.
Our mission is to use our strengths and passion to honor God, provide for our family, and serve our community. We are passionate about raising kids to be leaders, hard workers, have grit, integrity, respect, to be humble, and to have a generous heart to help others. We love that by homeschooling and running this business, our kids are able to learn so much of that every day alongside us.
Andrew is the operator you’ll find behind the machines. With more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry, he has built a reputation for quality workmanship, attention to detail, and innovative solutions. Andrew has worked for excavation companies both locally and in the greater Midwest region. Along the way, he has managed large-scale excavation projects with revenues exceeding $50 million, gaining the expertise and leadership that now benefit every Belcher Family Construction customer. Whether it’s a small residential project or a larger commercial job, you can trust the job will be done right.
What began as weekend and evening side jobs in 2020, steadily grew into Belcher Family Construction that we established in 2023. We have had so much support over the years from our friends, family, and customers and we are excited to see what comes in these next years ahead!
