Maybe you want someone to take care of the entire project from start to finish.

MSI can take your project all the way to a finished home, including the interior finishes.
But maybe you want to have a little more control over the inside.
Maybe you want to do some of the finishing yourself, use your own contractors, or complete the interior as your budget allows.
🔨 SHELL / EXTERIOR ONLY
MSI can build the exterior of your home AND complete the interior framing.
That includes the exterior components such as:

✔️ Siding
✔️ Windows
✔️ Exterior doors
✔️ Other exterior components
✔️ Interior wall framing
So when we say Shell / Exterior Only, we're not talking about an empty building.
The home will be complete and weather-tight from the outside, with the interior walls framed and ready for you to take over the interior finish work.
You can then move forward with things like drywall, flooring, cabinets, paint, fixtures and other interior finishes on your own timeline.
