PST Septic & Excavation is a growing, reputable company specializing in septic system installation, repair, and excavation services. We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking laborer to join our team.
Position Overview:
As an Excavation Laborer, you will support our crew with site preparation, excavation projects, septic installations, backfilling, and general labor tasks. This is a full-time, hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in quality work and thrives in an outdoor environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist operators and crew with excavation, trenching, and septic system work
• Handle materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform site cleanup, grading, and restoration
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
• Work effectively as part of a team in various weather conditions
Requirements:
• Previous construction, excavation, or heavy equipment labor experience preferred
• Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, standing for extended periods)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and take direction
Compensation:
• Starting pay will be based on previous experience and skillset
