Same garage. Five different looks. 🎨

Every building in these photos is the same size and layout, just finished differently. Siding, trim and roof colors can be mixed however you like at no extra charge, and there are 23 metal colors to choose from.

Metal siding and roofing come standard. Wood and vinyl are available too if you're after a different look. They cost a bit more and need more upkeep over the years, so it's worth thinking about how much time you want to spend on maintenance.

We get a lot of questions about rent-to-own, so this is how it actually works with us:

🏠 36 or 60 month terms on most buildings
🏠 No credit check
🏠 Under $15,000: one payment up front if you own the property, two if you rent
🏠 Over $15,000: a 10% deposit
🏠 Contracts up to $25,000
🏠 Available within 100 miles of our Versailles and Ellsinore lots

Almost everything we build qualifies, from a small storage shed to a cabin.
