🚨 Flashback… Don’t ignore the small signs of a drainage problem.
This property owner noticed water seeping through the basement cinder block walls after a heavy rain. It wasn’t a significant amount of water—but even a small amount can become a much bigger problem over time.
💧 Continued moisture can lead to mold, musty odors, and damage to your basement and foundation.
The solution? We tiled the downspout away from the house, preventing water from pooling around the foundation and finding its way into the basement.
The best part? The owner is happy to report there has been ZERO seeping into the basement after this week’s heavy rain. 🙌
If you’re noticing water around your foundation, don’t wait until you have a major problem.
📲 Contact Adam today for a FREE estimate and let’s get your water moving where it belongs.

Another downspout system completed. This one was completely clogged with roots. We ran all new smooth wall pipe and wrapped the joints in copper and then ran everything to a catch basin since there were different elevations and to catch any debris before it headed to the field tile.
