Another downspout system completed. This one was completely clogged with roots. We ran all new smooth wall pipe and wrapped the joints in copper and then ran everything to a catch basin since there were different elevations and to catch any debris before it headed to the field tile.

Another big drainage project. This home was suffering from flooding after heavy rains that would fill the window wells and eventually the basement. We found that most of the downspout tile was clogged with roots or had low spots in the pipe. We replaced the whole down spout system and added a French drain in SDR 35 PVC to increase flow. All of the perforated pipe and all of the joints were wrapped in a copper sock to help deter tree roots. This system should work trouble free for many years to come.
