Starting more than twelve years ago I had this idea of beginning my own buisness.

It was like yesterday that I was sitting with my high school counselor talking about this. My 5-7 year plan for my future.

I remember the question like it just smacked my ears with vengeance. He said to me, what is your goal? And what's your plan and what will be your purpose well, needless to say, my plan was to stay focused on helping my family especially my mother my brothers and friends.

My goal clear don't ever give up tear it down rebuild if you have to and keep it moving! Period no excuses no complaining no nothing just work it and make good happen.

Having a good future has not been that simple, but I have stuck to the goal. And tried my best to make the best of my time.

I have met many many people and done a tremendous amount of work on my time . At this point it is upsetting to not see the support I expected from the people that said they supported my idea. Especially the ones who told me how amazed at my work they were but cant click a button to support me.

But to the true ones who have been there you have my respect everyday that goes on. I have had to cut ties and let some people go on my journey have to do whats best for the situation at hand but was necessary none the less this is a hard thing to have to do but sometimes it is needed

Again i really want to send a thank you out to that hand ful of people who believed in me and still do. Your great people who keep thier words best they can.

I have met some really really great people. I have also met my share of not so nice people to both types of these people. I will continue on!

We offer exterior Home assessments with monthly packages that include an in person visit photos and a comprehensive assessment report of our findings. Some clients prefer or require more than 1 visit a month we have packages for that aswell!

This service will include observations and or tips or guidance to a service provider to complete anything you choose to have done

Yes we do offer some limited services that can be helpful if needed.

The Home assessments service here at CT Property Maintenance Pro LLC is a service that will assess basic maintenance needs and or concerns for our valued clients.

From the surrounding landscape to the roof on your home windows and walls they're built into pretty much anything we notice out doors at your visit we will visually assess your exterior property conditions and give recommendations in your detailed report..

Maybe you don't want your whole property assesed. Maybe you need just an area of your choice assessed.We are sure to have a package that will fit your needs.

We will send x amount of photos per package to back up findings. And a detailed report.

This is a great way to check on your home when no one is available to do so.

Maybe you might be away on a vacation or moved out of state but still own in CT.

We check on things catering to our clients needs & their concerns.

Basic Packages We offer:

Basic exterior home assessment package:

Starting at $199.99 PER VISIT
Package includes in person visit to your property photos reports & service recommendations.

Basic lawn mowing package:

Beginning at our minimum of $50 per visit .50 of an acre up to 8-10 inches mowing with limited trimming.

Basic shrubs trimming package:

Starting around $275 up to 6 small to medium shrubs shaping debris removal immediate to entrance size and amount of shrubs can change estimate
Most jobs we count the stalks and give a number based off of that.

Basic Junk removal:

Requires information regarding pick up you load it we haul it away our minimum load is $150.00 - maxium trailer load of $850+ depending on what's being hauled and how much there is.

Labor charges will be included as needed for all of our clients who are in need of help to load thier items. We also may charge a fuel surcharge depending on location of pick up or multiple pick ups.
