You don’t know what you don’t know when you’re buying a house.

And that makes it pretty hard to know what questions you’re supposed to ask.

So Wednesday night, we’re going to walk through the home buying process from the very beginning all the way to closing—and talk about the things we each see buyers run into along the way.

I’ll be there with Kim Rojas with Intercap Lending, Holly Mold with Truly Title, home inspector Andy Shull, Louise Thompson with Basin Flood & Fire, and this month we’re also bringing in Evan Green with Home Warranty Inc.

Between all of us, we see very different pieces of a home purchase. We’re going to put those pieces together and talk through what buyers should know, what tends to come up, and the questions you may not even know to ask yet.

And questions are always welcome. If something we talk about makes you think of one, jump in. That’s what we’re there for.

📅 Wednesday, September 23
⏰ 6:30–7:30 PM
📍 Uintah County Library

Free to attend, and you don’t have to be ready to buy a house to come learn.
