As Roundtree Construction closes in on the September 2026 completion date for our client's 3-unit Ticonderoga apartment building, we want to pause and recognize the incredible craftsmanship on-site.

From deep in the spacious 1-bedroom basement layout up through the bright, airy 2-bedroom main and second-floor apartments, these local professionals are putting on a clinic in quality. We couldn't deliver spaces with this much natural light, storage, and ample resident parking without them! ✨

We're excited to reconnect with our community and share what we've been building.

Roundtree Construction is a general contracting firm that has had the privilege of building some of Vermont's finest homes for wonderful clients.
