Customer review from Diana. The unexpected blockage she mentioned was a strip of wood about 8"x 1" which I had to remove to get my camera through. The strip of wood was removed through the 2-in wall clean out and no damage to the pipe or wall. Thanks for your patience on the long inspection Diana and Aaron.

With the heavy rains coming to the Ventura area, lots of calls coming in about cleaning area drains. Even with the specialized equipment, it's still one of the hardest pipe cleaning jobs there is, with the number one reason being they were never designed to be maintained. Meaning the fittings are not directional, thinner pipe and often just taped together without using any glue. I'm proud to say that I have a pretty good track record of getting them flowing but that root didn't budge at all, even with my 4500psi (at the nozzle) hydro jetter. Sometimes you do the best you can and you still fall short.

Seeing the problem with the sewer camera isn't helpful if you don't know where or how deep it is. The camera gives off a unique electrical signal and then that yellow ray gun looking device finds that electrical signal.

I also use this to find buried utilities ranging from water, gas and electrical lines.
