Here’s something different for a change that we wanna share with yall!
30x10 deck we ripped apart and framed the correct way, and the retaining wall was removed and replaced while we were there
Deck was picture framed and split down the middle so we could run full decking boards, sitting on 2x8 double header on 6x6 posts.

Roofing season is in full swing!
Here’s a 25sq replacement we just completed in Vandergrift.
Tore off brownwood shingles and replaced with Owens Corning Teak. Removed all the gutter helmets and reinstalled after. Mansard roof in the front of the house was done, replacing all 4 skylights with Velux solar powered skylights with blinds. A lot going on on this roof but our team tackled it in just a couple days. No job too big or too small we’ll do em all!

Hi everyone!! Wanted to share our latest and final full replacement project until the warmer weather comes back around!

We tore off that ugly yellow aluminum siding and installed Metal Board & Batten siding from Goodview Metals in Apollo, PA. The “textured brown” looks great with the tan trim, it really changed the entire look of this house. The new soffitt, fascia, and seamless gutters made a huge difference too! We also popped in a new french door for him while we were there, along with couple other things such as a leaking roof etc.
John and his wife Michelle were a pleasure to work for and John owns a flooring business if anyone is in the market! Thank you for trusting us with this project!

We’re now booking for Spring and Summer, give me a call and let’s get you on our schedule! We’ll be working inside and doing minor exterior repairs throughout the winter, feel free to reach out if there’s something you’re looking to have done!

Hi guys! I guess it’s been a while since I have posted on here and over the weekend I was asked why I don’t post more on social media and I guess the only logical answer I have for anyone that questions us is…that I simply don’t have the time!
Here at Hilty Construction we do our own work- it’s just me and my guys. We rarely subcontract our work out to other companies. So when you sign a contract with me, you can expect me to be the one to pull up in the work truck with the guys and get started
We take pride in everything we do, and do our best to provide the best quality work possible.
Here is one of many projects we completed this summer in Lower Burrell.
We wrapped the whole house in tyvek, trimmed the windows out with Azek, and installed new vinyl siding. We also put a new metal roof on due to the hail storms that came through a couple months back!

Isn’t it crazy what siding can do for your home?
Here is an old farm house we just finished up for some awesome customers of ours. Thank you Aaron and Sharon for trusting us with this transformation!
We resheeted most of the house with 7/16 osb, wrapped a few windows, siding is Mastic Ovation Vintage Dublin! We installed vinyl triple 3 hidden vent soffit, new fascia, and seamless gutters. This place looks awesome 😎

Here’s something a little different we wanted to share with you guys! We installed furring strips 16in on center and sided this brick house last week. Shot with 2 1/2in spikes and glued every one. Wrapped the windows and did some framing on the doors;
Looks like a completely different house. Siding is Mastic Ovation Montana Suede.

We haven’t gotten to share anything lately we been so busy..but I had to stop and take a few minutes to share our most recent project with you guys! This gable porch roof we built turned out awesome and it went up in less than a week! Wrapped the LVLs with metal and trimmed it out with azek pvc board. Turned out excellent, another satisfied customer! Thanks Rich for trusting us with this huge project on your home!

Take a look at this roof we just completed here in Vandergrift!
Removed the box gutters, framed them out and installed 21 sheets of osb. Installed valley metal, ice and water shield on both porches. New chimney flashing and straight wall flashing on both porches. Done in a day and a half. We also took down a decent size tree in the backyard while we were there! No job too big or too small. 💪

Well it’s been a few weeks, so as usual I wanted to share a few projects we recently completed with you guys!
A roof we just replaced down in Carnegie..what fun this one was. We replaced 3 skylights with Velux skylights and flashing kits. We also replaced the furnace flue pipe and flashing boot, removed the old one below it, and replaced the hot water tank pipe and flashing boot also. Replaced some bad wood, and installed new Owens Corning Oakridge Brownwood shingles! Customer was awesome to work for but I’m glad this one’s wrapped up!
ALSO, pictures attached are something a little different for a change! A fence we did for a lady down in Lower Burrell to keep her dogs occupied. About 100ft of fencing only 4ft high. Turned out great!
No job too big or too small, we’ll handle it all! And with that being said…
We’re still looking to fill some openings in our schedule.
