Just wanted to share a bunch of project highlights. These were all done in clark county across mainly the Vancouver, Washington area. All sorts of different shingle colors, a few different tiers of shingles and variants in scope of work. But regardless of package we always want to make sure each home is treated like our own and given a roof that's designed to last. Thank you all for all your support 😊

Pretty cool seeing Gold Shield Roofing and Gutters featured at the IQ Credit Union small business showcase at their Vancouver Mall branch.

As a locally owned business, we're grateful for organizations like IQ that actively support small businesses and help connect us with people in the community. Every roof replacement, gutter installation, and repair project we complete helps support local families, local jobs, and the communities we serve.

It's easy to forget that behind every small business is a team of real people working hard to provide great service and take care of their customers.

Most homeowners never get to see what's underneath their roof.

This is my own home, so naturally we're doing it the same way we recommend to our customers.

New CDX plywood where needed, upgraded silicone pipe boots, premium underlayments, and Malarkey Vista AR shingles as part of our Gold Package roofing system. We also took the opportunity to add new Velux skylights to bring more natural light into the home.

A roof isn't just shingles. It's ventilation, flashing, decking, waterproofing, and hundreds of small details that determine how well it performs over the next 20+ years.

If it's worth doing, it's worth doing right.

Another Gold Package roof underway.

This home is getting our Gold Package upgrade from Gold Shield Exteriors featuring premium materials and a full system approach to protect it long term.

Scope includes new Malarkey Vista shingles, ring shank fasteners, Arctic Seal ice and water protection, significant plywood replacement, and major ventilation improvements to bring the entire roof system up to current performance standards.

This is a full tear off and rebuild designed for durability, energy efficiency, and long term peace of mind.
