The finish line is in sight at our New York project in North Portland.

With six residential units nearing completion, our focus has shifted to coordinating the final trades, completing detailed walkthroughs, and making sure every element comes together in the right order.

These final stages involve plenty of moving pieces, but they’re also when the vision truly begins to feel complete. We’re excited to see this project take shape just minutes from the St. Johns Bridge.

This video takes us back to the build phase of Oak Terrace, when the details were still coming together and the vision was taking shape. Since then, the home has been completed and is now part of this year’s Street of Dreams.

Progress continues at this custom home as electrical rough-in gets underway.

At this stage, careful coordination between the electrical plans, framing, lighting locations, and future finishes helps ensure the home functions as thoughtfully as it was designed. With wiring and electrical boxes going in, the interior is one step closer to insulation and drywall.

Looking forward to sharing more as the project takes shape.
