11 years ago, I opened my shop with the desire to eventually be able to pay union level wages and provide union level benefits while still being a non-union, family owned, flexible small business with a level of customer service that is second to none.

Today, I finally did it! I have just released a new compensation package that matches union pay penny for penny, with more paid time off, bonus opportunities, and incentive pay options available.

I'm sure you know an electrician who might be looking for a change and this might be just the opportunity.

Dear faithful customers and prospective customers: Compass Electric will still be operating on a normal business schedule and will be taking extra precautions to help combat the spread of the Coronavirus.
