More than just real estate!
Cheryl rented out this property for over a decade. Now she decided to move in and make it HOME. First order of business is to renovate the fireplace!
When Cheryl’s daughter that lives in Arizona found out about the fireplace remodel, she couldn’t contain her excitement for her upcoming visit!
A fireplace is more than sticks and stones. A fireplace warms the soul!

Monte and Val called us because they were tired of looking at their outdated fireplace.

They sent me pictures and over the phone i gave them a ballpark price that sounded reasonable to them.

We discussed some stone colors and options and scheduled an onsite visit.

They had a vision for what they wanted but were overwhelmed on what materials to use and where to get it.

Onsite, they got to see stone samples in person and have a professional conversation on the different options they have.

Once the design was completed, this fireplace rebuild came in at $8000.

A 50% deposit got them on the schedule and we took care of the rest. Material handling, demo,clean up, all of it was handled by us. Not because they couldn’t , but because we do this regularly and have a proven system.
