This one is really starting to come together! 🔨

Our crew is making great progress installing an in house fabricated panel using Cascadia Metals 24G coil in Koala Brown, and the new look is already making a huge difference.

🏠 Out with the old, in with a roof built to last!

This home was ready for a major roofing upgrade. The existing roof had three layers of worn and damaged roofing, all of which had to be completely removed.

Once we got down to the decking, we found extensive plywood damage from rot and organic growth. Our team replaced the affected plywood before installing a brand-new IKO Roofing Nordic shingles in Granite Black.

We also installed new base and counter flashing around the chimney and new Velux skylight flashings to help keep everything properly sealed and protected from the Pacific Northwest weather.

A lot of work went into what’s underneath this finished roof—and now this home is ready for many more years of protection! 🍒🏠

💰 $45–$60/hour based on experience, with higher rates available depending on specific public works projects and locations.

Qualifications:
🔨 Minimum 4–5 years of documented commercial roofing experience
🔥 Proven mastery of single-ply installation and seam heat welding
🏗️ Basic competency with torch-applied, cold-applied, or hot-applied mopped bitumen systems
💪 Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., safely climb ladders, and work outdoors
🚙 Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
✅ Must pass a background check and drug screening

Preferred skills include manufacturer certifications such as Carlisle, Holcim/Elevate, GAF, or Johns Manville; an active OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 card; and the ability to read blueprints, shop drawings, and architectural roof plans.

📍 Travel Requirements: Frequent travel throughout Washington and Oregon, including the ability to work out of town for several months at a time on certain projects. Overtime and weekend work may be required to meet project deadlines or weather windows.

Compensation & Benefits:
💵 $45–$60/hr base wage, depending on experience
📈 Higher rates available on qualifying public works/projects
