Every day, we show up to build something that lasts. We work hard, look out for one another, and make sure everyone gets home safely at the end of the day. But safety isn’t just about what happens on the jobsite—it’s also about taking care of the people behind the hard hats.
The construction industry can be demanding, and sometimes the struggles people carry aren’t visible. This week is a reminder to check in on your coworkers, start the conversation, listen without judgment, and let the people around you know they don’t have to face difficult times alone.
Let’s continue building a culture where asking for help is encouraged, mental health is taken seriously, and looking out for one another is part of the job.
Take care of yourself. Check on your crew. Speak up. Listen. Reach out. You matter. 💜🩵

Thank you to the Van Buren Chamber of Commerce for the recognition of being the SECOND LARGEST woman owned business! Our Owner/President, Sarah Stillman, started this company in 2017 and we could not be more proud of how much we have grown and flourished over the years! Thank you Sarah and all CDC employees for making us run like a well-oiled machine!

Congratulations to two of our Chamber members who were recognized on Arkansas Business's Largest Women-Owned Companies list in the State of Arkansas! We're proud to celebrate the leadership and success of women-owned businesses in our community.
