Riverview Turfworks is hiring experienced Skilled Landscape Laborers to help build high-end residential landscape projects throughout the Fort Smith and River Valley area.

We are not a lawn mowing company.

We specialize in residential landscape construction, including:

- Landscape bed installations
- Planting and softscape projects
- Sod installation
- Drainage systems
- Irrigation systems
- Landscape lighting
- Retaining walls
- Paver patios
- Flagstone patios and walkways

Our customers expect quality work, and we expect the same from every employee.

Schedule

- Monday–Thursday
- 40-hour standard work week
- Fridays and Saturdays as dictated by weather, workload, and project schedules

Requirements

- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to safely pull and back trailers
- Verifiable landscape construction experience required
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Ability to operate common landscape equipment and power tools
- Ability to work independently and stay productive
- Strong attention to detail and quality

What This Job Involves

This is physical outdoor work.

You will be expected to work:

- In the Arkansas heat
- In the rain
- In cold weather
- Around dirt, mud, rock, and heavy materials

You should already have experience with many of the following:

- Planting trees, shrubs, and flowers
- Building landscape beds
- Installing edging and borders
- Spreading mulch and rock
- Installing sod
- Basic grading and drainage work
- Irrigation repairs and installation
- Retaining wall construction
- Patio and hardscape installation
