200 sqft laminate installation in Taylor, MI. Prior to install this job required a lot of prep. Removed the existing laminate, a layer of backer board , & a layer of luan with linoleum vinyl which were all running underneath the cabinets. We also installed matching baseboard & quarter round.

On this project we removed carpet, hardwood from the hallway as well as a bunch of boards going into the dining room/kitchen. Started installation from where we pulled back to & weaved it into the kitchen to prevent having any transitions. Customer was beyond excited as they had multiple people say it wasn’t doable.

Hardwood repair in Belleville, MI. Previous installers didn’t use spline or glue when changing the direction of install so customers were experiencing a lot of movement & squeaks. We removed the flooring back to the areas of concern, fixed the subfloor, & installed new hardwood with spline & tongue & groove glue to prevent any future issues or concerns. We also repaired a few other areas of concern for the customer!😁
