Why it’s important to hire people who know what they’re doing….

If you look closely, you’ll see that this air conditioner and pad were LITERALLY resting on a 4x4 sticking out of the ground in the center of the pad, leaving the four sides essentially floating. Whoever installed it did take the time to put a screw from the inside of the air conditioner down into the 4x4, so I guess points for effort?
