The owner Robin Bisseker passed away 4 months ago, so Poolpython is no longer , so outstanding orders can't be met. Monies owing will be returned, however this is a process through his estate.
Hopefully we can get it up and running again as it was his passion.

Sadly we are severely affected by the Covid-19. We have sold all existing stock and we have had to turn away nearly $500 worth or orders in the past week. It breaks my heart!
I'm still stuck in South Africa and hope to be able to travel around September. We are only down for now and definately not out!
In the meantime, thank you for your past support and especially your support during these trying times.

Always so nice to get a message like this:
Ok, I was skeptical. After 3 days’ use, the Pool Python is amazing.
We are surrounded by cottonwood trees & fight a losing battle each year. I want to order another.

Had a short but satisfying conversation with a customer who has had a Pool Python for about 2 years. They called to say it was broken😔. However, as is rather common, the support hose had been over-extended and had popped apart. It's an easy fix 😁. A little dish soap on the 2 internal parts, and a little muscle, got the components back together in a jiffy!
It is an excellent safety feature that could prevent injury or permanent damage to the PP if it were too rigid.
Another very satisfied customer.
