Happy National Family Owned & Operated Day! (It sounds like I made this up, but I promise it’s legit!!)

Here is Jack Hines, our founder — a man who built this company with his hands, his heart and a whole lot of hard work!

20 some years later, Jack is still out in the field serving the community he loves and lives in.

Here’s to family business that keep showing up! ⭐️

Just a friendly reminder: when you call us, you’re getting a real person—not a robot, not an automated menu, and definitely not a “Press 1 for this, Press 2 for that” situation!

The catch? That real person is also the only person answering the phones. 😅

We’ve had a huge increase in service calls over the past few months, and things have been especially busy lately. We love taking the time to talk with our customers, but sometimes that means we can’t get to every call right away.

If you get our voicemail, don’t panic—we haven’t disappeared! Just leave us a message, and we’ll call you back as soon as we can.

Thanks for your patience, your support, and for keeping us busy!
