The 2026 Parade of Homes NWI is here, and Hendren Custom Homes is part of it. The full event calender is below ⬇️. 

Tour seven custom homes in the Stonebridge community in Valparaiso, IN, September 18–27. Homes open daily 10 AM–6 PM.

Here’s what’s happening:
    •    Sept 18, 10-6PM: Opening Day! Be among the first to tour all seven custom homes, meet the builders and experience the Stonebridge community. 
    •    Sept 19–20: Opening Weekend + live entertainment, food trucks & beer garden 4–6 PM
    •    Sept 21: Senior Day (discounted admission). Enjoy more personal conversations with builders.
    •    Sept 22: Contractor & Subcontractor Day: Celebrate electricians and plumbers, framers, concrete crews, finish carpenters, suppliers and trade partners.
    •    Sept 23: Realtor & Builder Caravan Oktoberfest: Connect in the beer garden! Builders and Realtors discuss market conditions, buyer expectations, industry challenges and opportunities for collaboration.
    •    Sept 24: Future Builder Day: Students are invited to explore careers in residential construction, architecture, design, engineering, skilled trades & construction management.
    •    Sept 25–27: Final Weekend + festival closing out the 2026 Parade

We are incredibly grateful to be participating in this year's Parade of Homes.

Our own Mike Hendren recently spoke with Steve Jamrock on the "Word Around Town" podcast to talk about the event.
