👋 NEW TO THE CREW: MEET ERICK!

We’re excited to introduce Erick Palmer, our Chief Operating Officer! 🎉

Erick comes to us from the small town of Wapakoneta, Ohio and is a family man through and through. He and his wife, Stephanie, will celebrate 21 years of marriage this October! ❤️ Together they have two daughters, Addison and Cameron, along with their four-legged family member, Cooper. 🐾

When he’s not working, you’ll probably find Erick working out or training. 💪 His music taste? Pretty simple….ALL of it. 🎶 And when it comes to his drink of choice, apparently almost anything will do… just don’t hand him tea. 😂

But what has Erick most excited about being part of the team is the people: "This team, the effort folks put into their jobs, the friendliness of the crews, and the pace we are moving to secure a new and bigger future."

We’re excited to have Erick on board as we continue to grow, strengthen our team, and build toward an even bigger future. Everyone give Erick a shoutout and welcome him to the team!👏💪

♻️ FROM DUMPSTER TO NEW PURPOSE ♻️

Ever wonder what can happens to the material you put in one of the Pete and Pete Container Service, Inc. dumpsters?

It starts with a container. 🚛
Pete & Pete delivers it, you fill it, and they haul it away.

From there, material is brought to Boyas Recycling, weighed in and, depending on the load, will head to our MRF where materials are sorted and recovered.

The goal? Keep usable material moving. ♻️

Recovered material can find a new purpose as mulch, aggregates, boulders and other reusable materials and it's eventually making its way right back out into our communities.

🚛 Pete & Pete: We haul it.
♻️ Boyas: We recover it.
🌎 Together: We help give materials another life.

👏 GROWTH CREATES OPPORTUNITY!

We’re excited to share that about 8 months ago Naudia officially made the move from Pete & Pete to our sister company, Boyas Recycling! ♻️

Both Pete & Pete and Boyas continue to grow and expand, and with that growth comes the need to evolve behind the scenes, shift responsibilities, and make sure we have the right people in the right places to balance the workload across both companies. When it came time to make that move, Naudia was an easy choice.

Throughout her time with Pete & Pete, she had stood out because of her hard work, dedication, attention to detail, reliability, and a work ethic that is becoming harder and harder to find these days.
She’s the type of employee who takes pride in what she does, pays attention to the little things, and can be trusted to get the job done, and get it done right.

As our companies grow, we want our employees to have the opportunity to grow right along with us. Sometimes that means creating new positions, sometimes it means promotions, and sometimes it means recognizing that someone’s strengths can make an even bigger impact in another part of our organization.

While the Pete & Pete team definitely misses having Naudia on our side of things, we didn’t really lose her….we just shared her with Boyas! ❤️♻️
