We’ve got our drain in for the wash bay and our water ran and plumbed. This is going to be a 55x60 horse barn with indoor, covered and turn out stalls. A tack room, wash bay and stud stall will all be included aswell. All we lack is v***r barrier and rebar and we will be ready for concrete! Stay tuned to see it come together! Have a great day!

This is a 30x40 car port that’s sure to last! We built it with an extra set of columns and rafters to be sure the Texas winds wouldn’t have a chance! All the columns are welded to a concrete anchor plate that is sitting in a 3 foot deep by 2 foot wide pier! Build it right, so you don’t have to build it again! Here’s an awning we built last year near Trinidad Colorado, the customers called us and wanted to turn it into a cabin/shop so they had a more comfortable place to stay! We did all the work start to finish and it turned out great! The concrete was poured phenoix tan, the sheet metal was charcoal grey with ash grey trim. We installed the windows, doors and garage doors as well as insulated the shop with an inch of closed cell and the living area with an inch of closed and 6inches of open cell on top. We also did the little bit of wood framing as well as decked the mezzanine we built for storage or extra square footage for living space. And the customer requested an elevator so we made it happen, it’ll be in another post. None the less the customers are happy and so are we! Thanks for the work👍
