Many Years ago! Jenny R. Zuñiga-Casal comes to USA. Hired by a company Hugo Subotovsky Architects, both architects, him with his solo firm starting a company on his name (6 employees), and by destiny me with planning, construction and design experience looking for a job. He saw the opportunity for him to have me on his firm and do what he like more multifamily buildings, and I saw the opportunity for me to adjust my experience into a New American Standards Regularizations. We both win. He retired! Long ago I moved around with one goal! To do what I know to do! Design; planning and delivery a production. Those projects were an exercise to get an expertise. All are built now. Examples of some of many I was management the design.
