Here is a lobby area a recent client built onto their personal gym. We finished it out, hung the windows and doors, built a bathroom, and built a sliding door to go between the lobby and gym. We installed a separate heat and AC unit for separate climate control, and the client plans to eventually build a kitchen in there as well.

Are you needing an extra room? We just finished this one for a client who needed another bedroom in the basement. We framed in a wall and closet and updated the outlets and lighting, leaving it ready for the client to have painted and carpeted. While we were at it, we replaced the baseboard in the rest of the house. This is a 10'x18'x8' shed we did recently for a client. It is anchored to a concrete floor and framed as solidly as a garage or a house. The client wanted shelves built 6 feet above the floor all around the walls. There's plenty of room for that, because the eight foot measurement here is the actual inside height of the walls, not the outside ground-to-roof height.

This building has a solid layer of plywood over the frame, before putting the siding on. This makes it more solid, unlike the cheaper sheds that are only held straight by 4'x8' pieces of siding, as long as they last. It has one-foot-wide soffit and 30-year shingles.

It has one walk-in door, one roll-up 6'x7' overhead door, and two 2'x3' windows that can be opened. If you'd like a price on something similar, or a custom building to your specifications, send us a message!

New basement remodel!

Here is a new job we completed recently. The client wanted sheetrock and drywall on their basement walls and ceilings. They needed light fixtures and outlets installed, and wanted an attractive hanging door to partition off a utility room. The stairs were pretty dilapidated as well, so they wanted them replaced with new ones. The floor is the only area we didn't touch, as they plan to finish it out themselves.

This client took us down to see their unfinished basement. It was mostly concrete, with a few rough-framed walls. Unfortunately, we didn't get before pictures, but you can see the work in progress. Juan finished out a family room, bathroom and bedroom with sheetrock, drywall and trim. The escape window went from an eyesore to a nice, trimmed out window.
