We’re proud to have played a role in the new Air Traffic Control Tower at Valdosta Regional Airport! ✈️

Our team provided QA/QC and Construction Administration services for this project. This new tower enhances aviation safety, provides a state-of-the-art facility for air traffic controllers, and supports continued growth right here in our community. We’re honored to be part of projects like these that make a lasting local impact.

After months of hard work, our new Control Tower is officially operational. 🗼✈️

Valdosta Regional Airport’s brand new Control Tower is officially operational, and this is a moment our city and region have worked hard for. Safer skies, stronger operations, and a modern facility that reflects the growth and ambition of our community. Every dollar invested in this project was a dollar invested in Valdosta’s future, and that future is looking bright.

Thank you to everyone who made this possible, from our federal, state, and local partners to Slone Associates, AJT Engineering, and IPG Architects. We are so proud of what we have built together.

The vacant Sears space at the Valdosta Mall was redesigned into 13,668 SF of modern offices serving the Department of Human Services with dedicated entrances for Aging Services and Child Support Services, plus shared common areas that bring it all together.
This renovation added ADA-compliant access, a new insulated TPO roof system, welcoming entry vestibules, a large conference/training room with an operable wall, efficient office and storage spaces, and future-ready utility connections for additional tenants.
This is a great example of adaptive reuse, turning underused retail into community-focused public service space.

Each facility reflects a design which is compatible with its surroundings and was designed to be welcoming to those working or visiting with maximum durability in the finishes.

IPG has completed a wide range of projects for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, including outpatient clinics, nursing homes, medical labs, ICUs, pharmacies, emergency departments, and support spaces across Georgia and Florida.

Most recently, IPG transformed an existing facility into a new 13,165 SF Valdosta VA Clinic. The project included a complete interior demolition and redesign to accommodate administrative areas, waiting spaces, a large meeting room with operable walls, and two PACTs (Patient Aligned Care Teams). Exterior upgrades established a clearly defined VA-branded entrance. Throughout this project our team worked closely with VA leadership, local stakeholders, and the developer to deliver a fully modernized clinic that meets the VA’s Clinic Design Standards.
