From routine checkups to specialized care, the new Longleaf Veterinary Clinic was designed with both patients and staff in mind. The 4,200 SF facility includes advanced treatment and surgical spaces, recovery areas, exam rooms, kennels, outdoor grooming stations, and dedicated fenced play and isolation areas. We're proud to have helped create a modern environment where pets receive exceptional care.

The Parrott Medical Clinic expansion enhanced both functionality and patient experience while allowing the facility to remain fully operational throughout construction. Through thoughtful master planning and phased design, IPG expanded clinical spaces, improved patient waiting areas, increased parking capacity, and created a refreshed facility identity with a modern façade and integrated signage.

This 25,000 SF mixed-use development called Summit Pointe Phase II consists of three buildings with retail and dining spaces on the first floor, including Fairway Tavern, Only Options Valdosta, R.L. Martin & Co - Valdosta, Perfect Settings and coming soon to round out this development, White Weddings! The second-floor features high-end residential condominiums, creating a unique destination that blends shopping, dining, entertainment, and upscale living.

IPG helped design this infill project in downtown Tifton, transforming an underutilized area into an accessible and welcoming public space. The project goal was to provide a gathering place for community events, live music, fundraisers, and everyday connection. Upon entry there is a choice of using the steps or the accessible walk.

We're proud to have played a role in preserving one of Valdosta's treasured landmarks, the Converse Dalton Ferrell House. This home owned by the Valdosta Junior Service League was built in 1902 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

IPG has been honored to help support the preservation of this historic property for over 40 years ensuring its legacy endures for future generations.

This 52,150 SF Health Sciences Building at Southern Regional Technical College was designed to expand opportunities in healthcare, science, veterinary technology, and wildlife education. Featuring a Virtual Hospital, specialized labs, a functional veterinary hospital, and a 145-seat lecture hall, the facility provides students with real-world learning environments that prepare them for meaningful careers.

As part of our 50 Projects for 50 Years, this week we are highlighting Blazer Boulevard at Valdosta State University, a project that transformed a campus roadway into a vibrant pedestrian destination and earned the University System of Georgia's first “Sense of Place” Award.

This project is especially meaningful because it reflects the vision of Dean Rexroth, AIA, NCARB, whose creativity, leadership, and commitment to meaningful design helped shape this project and countless others throughout his career at IPG.

Dean's passing was a tremendous loss to our IPG family, but his influence continues to be seen in the places he helped create, the people he mentored, and the values he instilled in our firm. Beyond his work as a designer, Dean was passionate about mentoring students and helping guide the next generation of architects and designers. As we celebrate 50 years, we recognize that IPG would not be where we are today without Dean's contributions and dedication. While he may no longer be with us, we see the lasting impact of his work everywhere. In that way, Dean is still designing today.
