Good morning to all clients
I want to express my appreciation to have me to maintain your property!
With mowing season winding down for the year sometime in October or so.
I ask everyone not to please skip the cycle until end of October. I will be offering one-time service during the winter months from November to February. Weekly/Bi-weekly will be from March to October.
During the winter months, I will ensure that your property are free of leaves, edge, weedeating to bring curb appeal to your property. I also offer the flower bed work’s, tree work’s, fence debris clearing, and stump grinding or any landscaping project you have in your mind.
Additionally, I ask everyone to please organize their yard and put things away that I do not stop and move. Due to my insurance, it is not ideal for me to move your things and once they break, or injury you, or your family, that put me at risk for a lawsuit. So please do your part.
I’d also like to add that I do not move somebody around as I have route’s to do. Your cycle will be approx 10-16 days in between if you are a bi-weekly client. Due to personal matters, weather’s, somebody moving around the day of service that can hinder my route is the main reason why I do this route system. Keep that in mind, payment isn’t immediate, but if you must skip, I will have to charge additional fee if the grass is overgrown. This is effective as of now. Unless you lock your property when you are not home, then I understand but it may be helpful to have the key hidden if I need to get your back yard done.
