Happy Birthday, Morgan! 🎉🎂

Morgan is someone who brings such a positive energy to the office and almost always has a smile on her face. She has a way of brightening the room just by being herself, and we’re lucky to have that energy around every day.

But don’t let that smile fool you… this girl means business. 😄 From managing crews to keeping multiple projects moving, Cricuting letters when we need it, and somehow planning a wedding on the side, Morgan definitely knows how to juggle a lot at once.

It’s been so fun having her on the team and seeing how much she continues to take on.

This month, we’re celebrating two anniversaries! 🎉

Nolan and Matt joined Fresh Paint on the same day, and it feels like they’ve been part of the team much longer than a year.

Since day one, they’ve jumped right in. They’ve gotten involved in committees through our industry associations, built strong relationships, and made a real effort to get to know the people we work with. They care about our clients, they show up for the team, and they’re always looking for ways to support the people and properties we work with.

We’re lucky to have their energy, work ethic, and sense of humor around the office.

A beautiful new look for this multi building business center in Plymouth. 👀

We just wrapped up painting across this property as part of a larger campus rebrand, working with Cushman & Wakefield to bring the talented design team at ’s vision to life.

The new color palette completely refreshed the campus and gave the buildings a more modern, cohesive look. Mohagen did an incredible job creating a design that feels fresh while still fitting the property, and we were excited to help bring it from concept to reality.

Beyond the visual transformation, we also upgraded the coating system in the loading dock areas to better stand up to heavy traffic and everyday wear.

We’re proud to have played a part in such a beautiful transformation!

For this property, the existing tan and blue stayed in place, with the focus on giving the exterior a crisp, fresh look. The colors already worked. They just needed to feel new again.
