A common sense solution for an outdoor cover. This client had an existing lattice cover that needed to be replaced. She was looking for low maintenance and a solid cover for BBQing. Quoted by another company to replace the whole structure for around $13,000, Russ was able to utilize the posts, header board, & rafters saving her at least half of the cost. We repainted, matching the color of the Alumawood non- insulated solid cover, adding a gutter/down spout to finish it out. Not bad, for a big savings!

A stunning outcome. This home at Brighton Landing housing development of Vacaville, was a bit out of control. We meet with our clients who in the beginning wanted a “straight” simple garden wall. Russ, decide to throw his flare into the mix, adding curves and character. Creating two levels, and a circle for a focal point, really made this wall shine. Being garden enthusiasts, we installed a two (2) valve system, keeping plants, vegetables, and fruit trees on their own watering program. Adding artificial turf brighten up the backyard, giving our clients a backyard that is functional, low maintenance and exactly what they needed for their upcoming graduation party. Cheers!

A “Catio” custom unit. 4x4 post and platform, were not included in this build, it was an extra. However it turned out GREAT! Wishing those kitties a happy new safe part-time home.
When looking into these “good” deals on Amazon or Wayfair for example, it’s important to make sure you have ALL the right measurements. On this particular job, we had to modify the design, which added extra work. However, as you can see, it all worked out.

Over 20 yards of fill dirt brought in to create a huge mound area for the waterfall. We built a retaining wall to protect the fence from the soil. Post are set for the BBQ, rebar going down for a concrete base for the pavers, flagstone seating area, oh and we poured a concrete pad and walkway to the now moved shed.
