😁Photography Adventure With Daddy😁

On Monday David Fry took his daughter to take pictures of the completed home on the market at Legend Hills. Be sure to read David’s account of there adventure below:😲

On Monday evening I asked my daughter Dawn if she wanted to come with me to take twilight pictures of the completed home (59 Legend Hills) and the entrance at Legend Hills. My 3 year old was delighted to come on an adventure with Daddy. We needed to move quickly as the sun was nearly touching the horizon and I was hoping to take pictures during blue hour (between approximately 15 to 30 minutes after sunset). It was a race against time and I had a toddler in tow. I needed to drive to the house, turn on the interior lights, close the entry gate, set up equipment, and be ready to take pictures during the narrow blue hour window.

“We need to go the sun is setting” I explained to Dawn as we drove to the home.

“The sun the sun is going away” she replied. We arrived at the home as the sun had just set. “I want to see the home” Dawn said with exited anticipation. I wanted to show her the home but I was pressed for time.

“I will show you the home after the pictures” I explained. “Daddy will be right back” I said as I promptly ran in and turned on lights and returned to the car. We drove out of the subdivision and parked near the entrance but out of the way of any of the shots. With Dawn by my side I set up for the first shot at the entrance hoping we had made it in time. Fortunately we were on time. I took a few test exposures. The sky was lighter than the light coming through the windows of the house. In a matter of minutes that would change to give the balance that I was looking for. After capturing an image of the entrance we climbed through the fence and moved to get images of the house. After taking the photos I honored my commitment to Dawn and gave her a tour of the home.

“It has a kitchen” she explained. After the kitchen I showed her the bedrooms and we came back to the kitchen. “It has another kitchen” she cried before I explained there is one kitchen she had seen twice.

“How is the home” I asked.

Dawn smiled and said, “It is great!!!” 👌

59 Legend Hills is all but done!! 😀

We will soon be adding a fence to have a fully enclosed in back yard.😁😁😁

Other details that remain are some electrical fixtures, touch up paint, and a final cleaning. The home will be fully ready to move into before a closing could be completed. 😁
