What a blast at Construction 101! 🏡🔨

We had such a great time connecting with local Realtors, sharing our knowledge of new construction, and having some fun along the way!

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who joined us! We appreciate you taking the time to come out, learn, and make this event such a success. We can't wait for the next one! ❤️

This week was filled with lots of great moments! Some of those being our home orientations for our homeowners! 🏡 ❤️

Our team had a blast this afternoon at our team bonding event! It was so fun getting all our departments together for some games, lots of laughs, and a little competition! 🤩

Some moments remind us why a home means so much more than four walls. ❤️🏡

Yesterday, we had the incredible honor of being part of something truly special as Johnny Mellor, who proudly served our country for 16 years, was presented with a brand-new home through Iowa Homes for Heroes!

This home represents more than just a place to live. It’s a place where Johnny and his family can feel safe, find comfort, and create memories for years to come.
We are beyond grateful to have been chosen to be part of this meaningful project. A heartfelt thank you to R&R Realty for this opportunity and to every vendor, partner, and individual who helped make this dream a reality.

Moments like these remind us why we do what we do. Because having a home that truly fits your life can make all the difference. ❤️🇺🇸

One step closer to HOME! 🏡❤️

Last week, these homeowners walked through their new home orientation with our Superintendents! It’s one of our favorite milestones in the building process—the moment everything starts to feel real and you get to truly experience the custom home you’ve been dreaming about. ✨

There’s nothing better than seeing it all come together!
