A space with a second life!

We love finding creative ways to repurpose existing spaces, and this original kitchen became the perfect scullery kitchen! By thoughtfully reusing the existing cabinets and appliances, we were able to give the space an updated look while maximizing its function.

Now it’s the ultimate spot for prep, storage, and keeping the main kitchen clean and clutter-free.

Proof that sometimes the best transformation starts with what you already have!

Turns out, building a great company isn’t all that complicated.

Do good work. Be honest. Answer the phone. And treat people like people.

No games. Just honest communication, strong relationships and work we’re proud to put the Howells name on.

Does every general contractor’s camera roll look like this?

All day, every day. 📞

But I love it.

Because our business is built entirely on trust, relationships, and a LOT of quick problem-solving. These are the people who always answer my call, help find a solution and show up when it matters.

One thing we can promise you, we will fight for every inch to optimize your new space. In this bathroom, removing the chimney was just one of our tricks!

One of the best-kept design secrets 👀

A $6 roll of painter’s tape can be your best friend during a renovation. Before making expensive decisions, we love using it to map out layouts, cabinetry, plumbing, lighting, and fixture placement to ensure it’s what you’ve imagined!

Sometimes the best way to plan a space is to get it off the paper and onto the floor! 😉 Save this for your next renovation project!

There is nothing we love more than walking into a problematic space and finding the optimal solution!
