01/01/2026
As we close out 2025, I want to say thank you to the clients and property managers who trusted us, the vendors and suppliers who helped keep the ball rolling, and most importantly the team that made it all happen.
The guys on our team are the reason this company continues to grow. They showed up day in and day out through the heat, the rain, and long days in the field, handled tight schedules, and maintained some of the areas largest sprawling communities. Not only showing up, but doing it with pride, professionalism, and a drive to push United to the top of professional landscape companies in the area.
2025 was about consistency. Keeping schedules tight and showing up as scheduled, week after week. Leaving properties in pristine condition. Delivering fast turnaround times on ancillary items like irrigation repairs, pine straw, sod, and flowers, most of the time completed the same week.
We raised the bar in quality across everything we do, from maintenance to installs. Essentially zero callbacks. Higher standards across the board.
We built a strong team and watched leaders step up. That allowed us to grow without sacrificing quality, and that’s been one of the biggest wins of the year.
Our vendor relationships continued to strengthen, helping us execute more efficiently. Our relationships with property managers and builders grew as well, leading to expanded scopes and new opportunities heading into 2026.
We also took a hard look at where we can improve branding, systems, and capacity and we’re already working on it.
We’ve always relied heavily on word of mouth and referrals, but this year we began a focused outreach campaign to property managers, management companies, and builders. That effort has already led to new relationships that will continue to grow as we expand our large maintenance contracts and move further into landscape installs for builders in 2026.
Most importantly, thank you to the team.
You didn’t just show up and do the work you took ownership, raised the standard, and led by example.
United doesn’t grow without leaders, and this year proved we have them.
Looking forward to 2026 and beyond!
