Just wrapped up a challenging one —
🏠 House pad: 62’x74’ with 5½’ of fill, packed down tight with roller in 6” lifts.
🛠 Shop pad: 30’x36’, used the natural slope for the cut and used that dirt for the house pad slope. Turned out slick!

Here’s one of our last projects with:

19,000 sq ft pad all leveled with on site cut and slope. All cut and fill done In 8” lifts rolled In and compacted

Site prep for construction driveway base/crown established with chert.

18” & 24” culverts Installed 125’ off center with water bars Installed for erosion control with ditches down driveway

4 bedroom septic system (chamber infiltrator system)

Underground electric & fiber with pullbox, pad & flower pot

Location cleared for future well site

All work done in house with my boots on the ground!

It’s been a wet spring but here’s a few of the projects I have been blessed to do!

-Chert & gravel hauling

Each pad we take pride in. With each lift (8”-12”) rolled In with a smooth drum, tracked in with dozer and dump trucks as well. Makes for a high compacted surface for the rock layer or concrete!
