Our previous Erez DADU earned its reputation by doing a lot with a tight footprint: 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a 1-car garage, and a functional laundry area, all within Seattleโs 1,000 sq. ft. FAR limit. It has been built by first-time investors and repeated by experienced builders 133 times over the last four years.
With Seattleโs new 1,200 sq. ft. FAR allowance, the E2 takes that same proven concept and adds a major improvement in livability.
