Looking for the Perfect 1-Acre Homesite?
We’re excited to share a potential land opportunity for those looking to build a custom home between Greenville and Lone Oak, Texas!
We’ve been working behind the scenes with a landowner to explore the development of a phase 1 10-lot subdivision featuring one acre homesites, ideal for those looking to build their next custom home.
At this stage, we’re gauging interest from potential buyers to determine the level of demand before moving forward with the remaining steps required to officially plat and establish the subdivision. This allows us to connect with interested buyers early and better understand the demand for one acre homesites in this area.
The subdivision has not yet been officially platted. However, the county road improvements have been approved, and utility plans for water and electricity have been established in coordination with Cash Water, Farmers Electric, and Greenville Electric and Hunt County Development.
These are currently off-market opportunities, and we’re looking to connect with individuals who may be interested in purchasing a lot as the development process moves forward.
