What inspired Justin to get into this industry?
āI was really drawn to the opportunity to challenge myself by stepping into a new industry. I wanted to learn something new, grow my skill set, and push myself outside my comfort zone.ā
What does he value most in the team?
āThe positive culture weāve built here at Arrow. People support each other, communicate well, and everyone enjoys coming to work.ā
What keeps him motivated every day?
āHonestly, I donāt rely on motivation every day. I focus on consistency and habitsābecause those carry me even on days when I donāt feel motivated.ā
Favorite way to celebrate a finished project?
āCelebrating with the team. Sometimes itās a quick acknowledgment, other times itās something biggerālike our quarterly BBQs. Itās a great way to build morale and recognize everyoneās hard work.ā
