Getting down to the wire with this project and rear yard transformation, which was a raw sloping site!! Fingers crossed with weather, though we need the rain desperately, to get this pool and spa plastered and filled! Especially, with the limitations we have with this well, 2-gallons per minute. So only drip irrigation in the planting beds! Outdoor furniture has arrived! I have to tell you the text I received from our clients when the visited the job this past weekend! They live up north and plan on moving here, once their youngest son graduates high school. First both clients sent me a "WOW" with ❤️'s!! Then the husband said she loves everything and what a major accomplishment and compliment that is! As he has never seen or heard his wife say with such conviction and admiration! So honored and pleased and it's not even completed yet or anything in bloom yet! That's why we do what we do !! Coming to the home stretch, we are wrapping up the extra and expanded hardscapes as per our clients request. Prepping the pool on Monday as we plan to plaster and fill the pool next week as well! Completing the fencing, now that the access can be closed. Install the fire pit, grill station and furniture and it will be a wrap. Plants will start to bloom soon and continue through the summer/early fall! Can't wait to take pics when the pool is completed, the sky reflections are going to be amazing and night shots!! The first half of my day yesterday was a site visit to an active project in beautiful Spring Lake NJ. Which is a major home and property renovation in process. Second stop was visiting another wonderful client we worked for last year in Spring Lake, that also did some home renovation and we transformed their entire property that was so overgrown with trees, landscaping and falling apart. We touched every inch of this property and I'll share the before in another post. Last stop of the morning was looking at another new project in Red Bank NJ, home and property major renovation coming!! Such a rewarding project transforming this home and property on this steeply sloping property in Summit NJ. We needed a rock hammer for three weeks to get through the bedrock to terrace the yard!!
