Great bones. True 2x12 floor and ceiling joist with 11' ceilings. Everything else minus the original framing and front steps are new! Great to bring back a house to its original glory! (And a little better)

Loved working with the homeowners on this home.They had great vision and had fun with their selections. The interior grey doors they had the vision for are gorgeous inside the home. Hardwood floors throughout, 10ft ceilings with 8ft doors on main level and clawfoot tub in the master bath are a few other features. Please take a look and enjoy.

Hot humid weather is here. Your AC units are working hard and producing a lot of condensation. This is the time of year that algae growth can clog those condensate lines causing water to potentially leak into your home and cause damage and costly repairs. Make sure you take a couple of minutes to service your condensate lines. Take a gallon jug and add a quart of bleach then fill the rest with water. Get a funnel and pour down the condensate drain line. That will help kill the algae growth and keep your condensate lines flowing. Hint: If your condensate line starts in the attic, do this first thing in the morning before the attic heats up too much.

It was a treat to work on this project in the North Main area near Summit Drive. A new master bedroom, porch, and upstairs with new bedroom/additional bathroom. Renovation of office and the master bath. What a wonderful neighborhood and such great charm in this area.
