The right tools for the right job and maybe a little more. Used the Ridgid K3800 3/8th cable 75ft long. Didn't all of it. But you know what they say, "Rather have it and not need it than need it and not have it."

Found a large hairball here. Check out the video of if!

Sometimes a little hair can do a lot of damage. This client had done a bunch to try and get the clog out and it was impacting their daily lives in a smelly way.

Unfortunately, the clog had been connected to their toilet line and it was causing really disgusting backup into the shower.

In short order, we were able to get the clog out and get things in working order.

Yuck! What do you think it is?

Made a commercial customer super happy today! He had 3 pipes all clogged separately but joined into the main drain and a large amount of roots as the final boss.

One of the pipes had extremely black residue that had solidified and gunked up to a complete stoppage. Will be back there for a camera inspection soon.

The clients words were, “I’ve had all these other plumbers here and none of them showed the tenacity and work ethic you did to completely clean out my pipes. I’m ecstatic!”

Off to a sewer inspection!

Also, got another fantastic review from a client. Let’s GO!

If you have had sewer issues in the past or have big trees near your sewer line a camera inspection would be helpful to see if there’s pipe displacements, roots, or other issues that could be causing stoppages.

Here is a video inspection I did last week of some pipes.

The customer called and said they had a sewer company come and handle the clog less than a month ago. There is a good chance the last company came in, poked a hole in the clog and left without actually clearing it completely.

At Schmidt Drain and Sewer, we do what we can to make sure everything is as "clean" as possible before we leave.

“We’re officially in the #2 business. And when your plumbing goes #2, we’re the #1 people to call!” 💩😂

Another episode of Schmidts cleans $ #!?

This client was lucky enough to get some free fresh eggs.

Grabbing some quick lunch and off to my next client to make their day a little better too.
