Every Boulder Legacies project begins with a physical maquette built specifically around the client’s space. Before construction ever starts, they can see the waterfalls, stone formations, planting pockets, elevations, and overall composition from every angle.

Our new clients loved this one immediately, and honestly, I can see why. The twin cascading falls, integrated planting pockets, and fractured stone formations are going to completely change the feel of their pool and lanai area.

Polished concrete slide dropping clean into deep blue.
A 6’ waterfall ripping over a true grotto — not panels, not seams… sculpted stone that lives and breathes with the space.
Custom lush foliage rooted right into the rockwork like it’s always belonged there.

Fire on both sides of the spa — our custom gas Fire Rocks throwing heat and light across the waterline while the rock formation pushes straight into the pool, tying everything together as one monolithic build.

And this view?
From inside the pool cabana… sitting low, eye-level with the water, watching that waterfall work.
