📍East Park Apartments, Salem, Oregon
East Park Apartments is a completed 369-unit multifamily community featuring 33 apartment buildings and a wide range of shared amenities. FABCO provided a comprehensive steel package throughout the development.
With steel incorporated across the apartment buildings and community spaces, our work extended throughout nearly every part of the site. From building access and privacy features to site amenities and architectural elements, our team fabricated and installed steel that supported the project from start to finish.
