Tackling one of the trickiest leaks on the 3.5L V6 engine!

We had this 2017 Toyota Tacoma in the bays to fix a leaking rear coolant crossover pipe. Because of where this housing sits on the back of the engine, it's notorious for hiding slow coolant loss until you catch that sweet smell under the hood or notice your reservoir dropping. The team got the upper intake removed, prepped the block surfaces, and installed a fresh pipe assembly with new gaskets to keep this 3rd Gen running cool for miles to come.

Electrical gremlins don't stand a chance in our bays! 🛠️🚙

This clean GX470 came in with a check engine light and an engine that refused to turn over smoothly. We ran a full electrical diagnostic and pinpointed the culprit: an open circuit reading from the crankshaft position sensor. Without a solid read on engine position, the ECU shuts down ignition. We fixed up the wiring, installed a fresh OEM sensor, and got this Lexus back to 100% reliability for the daily drive.
